Admissions
Welcome from our warm and dedicated Admissions team! Wycombe Abbey International School Cairo East (WAICE) celebrates bright, driven pupils with a passion for learning. Our focus lies in unearthing potential, empowering each individual to achieve their academic and personal best. We welcome pupils to apply for our school to start at Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) in 2025-26 up to Year 6 (age 10). To join our vibrant community please follow the five steps below:
- Step 1 - Register your interest online or during orientation.

Step 2 – Understanding your child - WAICE will contact you to arrange an appointment
(48 hours) to discuss your child’s needs and ambitions. - Step 3 - Visit the school, meet the admissions team and have a tour.
- Step 4 - Your child’s assessment and a parental interview will be conducted by one of the senior educational team members.
- Step 5 - Approval and registration – register your child to attend the school and complete the process.

Communication
Communication to us is key throughout the admission's process. WAICE will keep parents informed about important dates, deadlines, and requirements. WAICE's staff will also be available to answer any questions or concerns through info@waicairoeast.
Fees
Once a pupil is admitted at WAICE, parents will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit to secure their child’s place in the school. The deposit amount will be communicated to parents at the time of admissions. The remaining fees can be paid in installments as per the school’s fee structure and all relevant documentation can be gathered and explained to you.
